Market Research Analyst

High Rock Appraisal Group Inc. is a growing commercial appraisal firm servicing Hastings, Prince Edward, Lennox & Addington, and Northumberland Counties.

Our team is offering the opportunity to join as a market research analyst.  We offer on the job training, and we support flexibility and work-life balance.  This position is fully remote, other than occassional in-person training sessions and team meetings (our head office is located in Trenton, Ontario). 

It is our goal in this posting to find a prospective candidate located within southeastern Ontario who is self-motivated and looking to join a busy commercial real estate appraisal firm from the comfort of their own home office.  Strong organizational and written communication skills are required. 

In working with High Rock Appraisal Group, the successful candidate will assist with the preparation and research of commercial appraisal reports including tasks such as updating client information, researching and writing descriptions of the subject region and neighbourhood, creating maps, data organizaiton and management, and other related tasks.  

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated professional with an interest in the real estate sector to expand and develop their existing skill set in research and report writing,  while enjoying a balanced work-life routine.
